Manutec Walcor Manutec Walcor was founded by Francesco Zuccon and has been designing and producing tailor made solutions for automating and implementing industrial production since 1994. From the construction of equipment for automatic welding, also with the help of anthropomorphic robots, to transfers for working aluminium, and loading and offloading manipulators for tools machinery, each project is tailored to meet the specific requirements and technical specifications of the client. In 2001 the company became a limited liability company, and now specialises in the construction of automated machinery for the production of garment hangers. Since then Manutec Walcor has invested its resources in research and development of new maximum flexibility and productivity prototypes for this type of machinery, creating systems which include normal operation of hook insertion, a hot press unit, single or double colour pad printing, bar insertion, a personalized loading system, and offload points for the press.
